Dealer FAQs

When and where is Dealer Week 2023?

Dealer Week will be hosted December 4-7, 2023, in Tampa, Florida.

Who should attend from my dealership?

Dealer Week is designed to provide educational programming in three main areas of focus: Sales & Marketing; Service & Parts; and Leadership & Management. Anyone in your dealership who could benefit from understanding the latest trends, strategies and best practices in one of these areas would benefit greatly from participating in Dealer Week.

When can I register? How much does it cost?
Exhibitors will be able to book their booths starting in Spring of 2023. Dealer registration opens in the Summer of 2023.
Prices for Dealer Week 2023 have not yet been set.

Can I get a discount?

YES! MRAA Dealer Members receive a hefty discount PER REGISTRATION. Registrants must pay the corresponding rate assigned to their category and type of registration, and membership must be current through December 2023 to receive discounted rates. All registrations are reviewed to ensure they qualify for the category and type of registration they selected and that they meet MRAA eligibility policies.

What does my Dealer Week registration get me?

Dealer Week guarantees that it will deliver ideas that you can take home and implement immediately. On-site, that means you will have full access to all keynote presentations, Education Pathway courses, industry Thought Leader presentations and all worksheets, tools and other handouts that are designed to help you create results. Additionally, you will have access to more than 100 exhibitors in the Dealer Week Expo Hall; all Dealer Week networking events and cocktail receptions, including the MRAA 50th Anniversary Industry Celebration; morning coffee events; two luncheons, including the MRAA Awards luncheon; and more.

What if I just want to walk the Expo Hall floor?

Dealer Week hosts the large majority of its educational programming and serves all of its food and beverages (all of which is included in your registration rate) in the Expo Hall, and therefore, Dealer Week does not offer an Expo Hall-only pass. Are you a supplier who has chosen not to exhibit? See registration rates here.

Can I bring my spouse or significant other?

All attendees and event participants will need to purchase a Dealer Week registration in order to attend any of the event activities, including the Expo Hall, networking receptions, MRAA Industry Celebration and all other events. Please register in advance or register on site to gain access.

Can someone on my team use my registration?

YES! If you need to transfer your registration to a different team member, please reach out to Michele at michele@mraa.com. This registration can only be transferred to someone at the same dealership

I need to cancel, will I get a refund?

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made by Oct. 1, 2023 via email to michele@mraa.com. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $150 administrative fee, will be granted for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests made after Oct. 1, 2023. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows.

Will I have access to the courses after the event?

YES! This access comes when purchasing the Combo Package or the Online Only Package that includes Dealer Week Online. Dealer Week Online begins after the in-person event. Anyone who purchases Dealer Week Online will gain access to all the content from Dealer Week on its online learning platform known as MRAATraining.com. This access will continue into spring of 2024.

How do I convince my boss to allow me to attend Dealer Week?

We understand that there are lots of dealers who may not be the decision maker on attending a 3-day conference like Dealer Week. We've created this "Letter to Your Boss" that you can download and customize for your needs.
