Welcome to Dealer Week. We're so excited to host you all in person Dec. 6-9 in Austin, Texas as well as a subsequent Dealer Week Online event in January featuring bonus content and sessions you may have missed in person.
In-Person Dealer Registration
Dealer Week 2021 will be a three-day conference and expo in Austin, Texas. The event will kick off Monday, Dec. 6, with an evening reception at the Austin Convention Center. Tuesday will include an opening keynote and three pathways of education hosted within the event’s 200,000 square-foot Expo Hall. Wednesday will be another full day of education capped off with an Industry Party and live music at Banger’s Sausage House and Beer Garden. Thursday will be a half-day of education and conclude with a closing ceremony.

Online Only Dealer Registration
Dealer Week Online, hosted in January of 2022, will serve as both a complement to the in-person Dealer Week and stand-alone event for those who didn’t attend. The three-day online event will be free for anyone who attended Dealer Week in person the previous month. For those who elect to attend only the online event, or for dealers who want to register additional staff to participate in the online experience, there will be a per person cost. The first two days of the event will include video of the education sessions from Dealer Week. These will not be live recordings from the event – instead the subject matter experts will record separate videos specifically for the online event covering the same content. This will allow in-person attendees to view presentations they were unable to attend at the live event (since multiple tracks run simultaneously). For those who did not attend in person, they will have access to all the same topics covered in Austin. The third day of the event will include new material that was not presented previously, including a new keynote from the Dealer Week keynote speakers. Access to content from the online event will be available through March 1, 2022.

When and where is Dealer Week?
Dealer Week will be hosted in person on December 6-9, 2021, in Austin, Texas at the Austin Convention Center.
In January 2022, a multi-day online event — Dealer Week Online — will include all the pathway education sessions from the in-person event as well as brand new content.
In-person and online?
Yes, Dealer Week 2021 will have TWO event experiences! MRAA’s focus is on the in-person event at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas, but last year we learned we could reach more dealers like you by offering an online option. In-person attendees will automatically receive access to the online event. Others can purchase an online-only registration.
How do I convince by boss to allow me to attend Dealer Week?
We understand that there are lots of dealers who may not be the decision maker on attending a 3-day conference like Dealer Week. We've created this "Letter to Your Boss" that you can download and customize for your needs. If you'd like something custom, please reach out to Katie on the marketing team at email@example.com.
Does Dealer Week provide food on site?
We sure do! Breakfast will be on your own, but we’ll have coffee on the ready in the mornings. There’s also a coffee shop at the Fairmont too if you like a fancier beverage. We will have apps at the opening reception on the 6th, lunches and snacks provided on the 7th and 8th. We’ll have light apps at the receptions, but you will want to make dinner plans for the evenings. Our industry party will have heavier apps on the 8th as well. On the 9th we’ll be sure to send you off with a light snack as well either just before or during the closing ceremony.
Does Dealer Week have guest passes?
No. Because Dealer Week is a B2B event, and education sessions, exhibit booths, food service and networking receptions are all located within the Expo Hall, anyone who wishes to be in the Expo Hall — whether for networking, to see the show floor, visit classrooms, etc. — must have a full attendee registration.
What are the annual dues for MRAA Membership?
MRAA Members save on every Dealer Week registration. Be sure your membership is current before registering to automatically receive the savings.

Accessibility at the Austin Convention Center
The majority of Dealer Week will take place on the first floor at the Austin Convention Center, which is a large space. The convention center is about 150ft from the host hotel, The Fairmont Austin. There is a ramp to the entrance from street level, or you can take the skyway from the Fairmont into the Convention Center.

All of the Austin Convention Center bathrooms are accessible and have accessible stalls.
There are accessible water fountains near all of the restrooms but those are currently unavailable for use due to Covid safety protocols.
The expo hall will have carpet.
Accessible parking spots are located in the parking garages nearest the elevators. City fees apply.
Accessibility for other events at Dealer Week
Please note there are offsite events nearby such as the BoatPAC event (location TBD) and the all-industry party at Bangers Sausage House and Beer Garden, though the vast majority of events take place at the Convention Center. Personal Care Assistants/Aides:
Should you require an aide or personal care assistant to help navigate Dealer Week, MRAA will register your aide as a complimentary guest. To register them, please contact Sarah Korbel at email@example.com prior to December if at all possible.

All registrations are reviewed to ensure they qualify for the category and type of registration they selected and that they meet MRAA eligibility policies. MRAA reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with this cancellation.
MRAA welcomes marine dealers, marine service shops, marinas, boat clubs and other marine retail organizations, as well as the companies that provide products and services to marine retailers. Registrants must pay the corresponding rate assigned to their category and type of registration.
Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. If you need assistance with payment, please contact email@example.com.
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made by October 1, 2021 via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests after October 1, 2021. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
