How to participate in Dealer Week 2021

Before we launch registration for Dealer Week on July 15, we wanted to talk through one of the biggest changes this year so you don’t have any confusion when it’s time to sign up. (Want to watch instead of read? Watch here.)

Here’s what you need to know:

In 2019, we held Dealer Week in person. In 2020, many of you joined us for Dealer Week Online. Each event was great, so this year, we’re doing both an in-person and an online event.

So which should you attend? The good news is that you don’t have to choose. You can attend both!

1. Dealer Week 2021 will be a 3-day conference and expo in Austin, Texas.

  • Monday, the event will kick off with an evening reception at the Austin Convention Center.

  • Tuesday will include an opening keynote and multiple tracks of education hosted in the event’s 200,000 square-foot Expo Hall.

  • Wednesday will be another full day of education capped off with an Industry Party and live music at Banger’s Sausage House and Beer Garden.

  • And on Thursday there will be a half-day of education and conclude with a closing ceremony.

  • When you register for the in person event and attend, you gain access to the online content for free. There, you’ll be able to watch the content you may miss at Dealer Week in person and you’ll also gain access to the bonus content as well.

For any of you who attended Dealer Week in 2019, it will feel very familiar.

2. Dealer Week Online is a little different and will take plan January 10-13, 2022.

  • Dealer Week Online will take place in January of 2022, a month after the in person event. For those who attended Dealer Week in 2020, it will be hosted in the same platform as last year, although with some upgrades and new features.

  • It will be absolutely free for anyone who attended Dealer Week in person the previous month. However, if you want to attend only the online event, or if you want to register additional staff to participate in the online experience, you can do that as well.

  • The first two days of the event will include video of the education sessions from Dealer Week. These will not be live recordings from the event – instead the subject matter experts will record separate videos specifically for the online event covering the same content. That is to provide the best possible online experience. This will allow in-person attendees to view presentations they were unable to attend at the live event (since multiple tracks run simultaneously).

  • For those who did not attend in person, they will have access to all the same topics covered in Austin.

  • The third day of the event will include new material that was not presented previously, including a new keynote from the Dealer Week keynote speakers.

  • Access to content from the online event will be available through March 1, 2022.

Now, Dealer Week is even more accessible and we can't wait to see you there. Registration opens July 15. Stay tuned for more information on the educational topics we'll cover for you and your team and find pricing here.
