If you've attended MRAA's Conference and Expo in the past, you've filled out session evaluations and received phone calls asking you how your experience was. You may have wondered whether it made a difference. Well, we take them seriously at the MRAA.
The problem we heard was that they took place before the event and cost extra, so not everyone could attend. Great news. Workshops are now included in the cost of registration.
And! We've placed them at the end of the conference this year. Why? Because we found that when attending conferences with such in-depth learning, it was important to take time to reflect and make a plan of action and implementation. That's exactly what these two hour Workshops will offer dealers.
