In any given year, your business runs into new obstacles, new challenges and new opportunities. No matter if it’s a recessionary period like 2008-2010; a growth period like 2011-2019; or the craziness of 2020-21, it can be challenging to keep up, to make the right decisions for your team and your business, and to find the success that you desire and deserve.
That’s why the Marine Retailers Association of the America exists — to help you navigate the ever-changing market conditions with confidence. And to coincide with that mission, the MRAA has produced an annual conference for 40 years now, with the focus on supporting businesses just like yours with the insights and the inspiration you need to attack those challenges and opportunities head-on.

Today, the annual conference of the MRAA is known as Dealer Week, a three-plus-day, in-person training and education conference you can rely on to help you run a stronger business. It’s where you can gather alongside other dealers, manufacturers, suppliers and service providers to learn new ideas and insights and create the tactics and strategies that will drive your success in the year ahead.
Experience the core of Dealer Week a powerful, a highly regarded educational program — yes, we measure Net Promoter Scores, as well — that comes to life via a compilation of keynote presentations, breakout courses, workshops, dealer case studies, and thought leader insights. You can build a custom agenda at Dealer Week, selecting your own pathway through around 30 courses, conveniently arranged for you in packages related to Sales and Marketing; Service and Parts; and Leadership and Management.
Education isn’t the only reason to attend Dealer Week. As you seek to find new products, you’ll find the Dealer Week Expo Hall features the latest and greatest boat and engine brands, parts and accessories, software and services that will help you run a stronger, more profitable business. Hundreds of the key contacts from nearly 100 or so of the leading companies that support dealership success, showcase their products and services for you to see, discuss and analyze how they can help your dealership grow.
And as if that’s not enough, Dealer Week plays host to an array of complementary events, including occasional manufacturer dealer meetings, 20 Group gatherings, an industry celebration, a Women in the Industry event, an awards program, and fundraisers for both the MRAA Educational Foundation and BoatPAC, the MRAA’s political action committee.

New for 2021, Dealer Week now also offers a separate virtual event. A strong complement to the in-person experience, Dealer Week Virtual features several never-seen-before workshops in addition to studio-recorded versions of some of the in-person courses. The virtual experience is held a month following the in-person event, and as an attendee of the in-person event, you will receive a free pass to the virtual event.
Together, the Dealer Week programs offer a robust package of the insights, ideas, best practices, tools, partnerships, solutions and tactics you need to find the success you deserve in the year ahead.
