Today, most customers start their shopping experience off with an Internet lead or phone call, yet most salespeople do not take these shoppers as seriously as a walk-in shopper. Here’s what they don’t know: When an appointment is set with an Internet or phone lead, they generally purchase 50 percent of the time when showing for an appointment. 
 

During this session, 20-year veteran phone trainer Jerry Thibeau is going to show you how much room there is for improvement. Not only will he have already mystery shopped dealerships like yours and your fellow attendees, but he’s going to make live phone calls on stage to show you where your salespeople are failing on the phone. 

 
Jerry will then teach you the fundamentals on how to properly convert an Internet and phone lead to an appointment. You will leave this session with a solid game plan for increasing sales by properly caring for your dealership’s phone and Internet shoppers.
