Partner Members receive discounted rates for booth space and additional staff registration passes at Dealer Week. As a non-member, you will have the ability to purchase membership with your booth space within the application.

2024 Booth Rates
Booth Application requests are subject to approval, and exhibit space is allocated on a first-come basis. Must be accompanied by a 50% deposit on total (credit card payment). Remaining balance due by October 1, 2024. No sharing of booth space permitted.
Booth Allocation Process
MRAA Dealer Week Sponsors (Strategic Partners and Education Champions) choose their booth spaces first and then remaining exhibit space is allocated on a first-come basis from when your application is received. It is important to apply for your booth space as early as possible, so you can select your preferred location on the expo hall floor once the map is ready.
