As a manufacturer, supplier, OEM and service provider, your success is dependent on the success of the dealers you work with. So, getting in front of the best dealers across the nation is crucial to your success. We understand how hard it can be, especially after a year where travel nor gathering in large groups was allowed, hindering meaningful connection. We know Dealer Week offers the opportunity to make meaningful connection and we are so excited to be able to host the conference in person in Austin, Texas this year while also offering an online option for those who don't yet feel comfortable traveling.

Booth Application requests are subject to approval, and exhibit space is allocated on a first-come basis. Must be accompanied by a 50% deposit on total (check or credit card payment). Remaining balance due by October 1, 2021.


No sharing of booth space permitted. 10x10 Booth Kit items that exhibitors receive as part of their booth agreement include pipe and drape, one skirted 6’ ft table, two chairs, company name sign, wastebasket, and two (2) full-access conference registrations. Additional registration passes are available for purchase at the member or non-member rates. *Option to opt-out if not interested in participating in the Dealer Week virtual event.
