As co-founder of Channel Blade Technologies and creator of the nationally recognized TIPS method (Traffic, Interactive Website, Process, Sales), Bob has helped dealers nationwide enhance their digital engagement and lead conversion strategies. A respected marketer, innovative business development specialist, and professional educator, he has led retail consulting efforts, developed training platforms like TIPS and FootSteps, and worked closely with dealers to improve performance.

This year, Bob will not only host the learning sessions but also moderate a dealer panel focused on improving the online customer experience, sharing real-world insights and dealer-driven solutions.
