In today's competitive marine market, the ability to effectively manage and sell pre-owned boats is not just an option. It is necessary for sustained growth and profitability.
However, the odds seem stacked against you. New market dynamics, changing valuations and the after-effects of Covid-era pricing can make it tough to acquire inventory at acceptable prices. Then, there is the need to adapt your marketing and sales tactics for new digital technologies and their impact on boat shopping behaviors.
That’s why we’ve invited top ranked Dealer Week educator Jordon Schoolmeester to give a deep dive session on the secrets to transforming your dealership's used boat inventory into a significant profit center in the year ahead.
By the end of this interactive session, you will have been guided through developing a comprehensive strategy, including smart inventory acquisition, accurate valuation, proper reconditioning and detailing, and the building of a transparent and trust-building sales process.
