Building on the priority areas you identified during the keynote — the parts of your business model that deserve the most strategic attention — innovation expert Kaihan Krippendorff will lead you through an exercise drawn from his research on disruptive growth.
Working individually and in small groups, you will create a portfolio of concrete growth ideas for your dealership, including the seemingly impractical ones that often carry the greatest upside. You will then sort, prioritize and pressure-test those ideas, protecting the high-impact ones.
By the end, you will have developed a tangible, prioritized set of growth strategies tailored to your dealership — and a clear sense of the first few moves you can begin testing when you return to the business.
